Founded in 2021 in Anqiu, Weifang, on the base of a long-established sheet-metal parts plant. Today: thermal and structural components for new-energy commercial vehicles, energy storage and liquid cooling.

Before 2021Anqiu sheet-metal parts plant, 15,000 m², supplying fabricated components.
2021Shandong Keyuan Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. founded; international trade department opened.
2022Entered new-energy liquid cooling. Plant expanded to 55,000 m²; IATF 16949 system implemented.
2023Approved supplier to Shaanxi Automobile, Weichai and Ensign. Powder line and production CRM. Plant 3 commissioned.
2024Automation and digitalisation across the plant; continuous supply to multiple OEMs.
2025IATF 16949 certification granted. National High-Tech Enterprise.
2026Capacity expansion: total plant area over 60,000 m².
